Department accepting vendor applications from PreK through 12 reading intervention programs

The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce is accepting applications from eligible vendors for reading intervention programs that align with the science of reading in prekindergarten through grade 12.

Information is available on the Department’s website about the criteria and process for establishing a list of reading intervention programs in prekindergarten-grade 12, as well as information regarding applications requested for eligible prekindergarten-grade 12 reading intervention programs that are aligned with the science of reading and strategies for effective literacy instruction.

Information on the timeline for establishing the approved list and application review is available on the Department’s website. Intents to apply must be submitted by Feb. 22. Applications are due Feb. 29.
