Ohio Department of Health virtual and in-person regional school nurse conferences

Join the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) for the 2024 Regional School Nurse Conferences sponsored by the ODH School Nursing Program. The regional conferences are free of charge to attend following registration confirmation.

Registration is open via OhioTRAIN. Priority registration will be given to registered nurses working in the school setting. There are two options to attend the conference, virtual and in-person.

The Feb. 9 and March 15 conference dates will be virtual, and instructions on how to access them will be sent in advance. On March 1, the conference will be held at the Quest Conference Center in Westerville.

Registration deadlines: 

• Feb. 9 registration deadline is Friday, Jan. 26, 2024.
• March 1 registration* deadline is Friday, Feb. 16, 2024.
• March 15 registration* deadline is Friday, March 1, 2024.

(*Or whenever capacity is reached.)

NOTE: All conferences will be live (not a recording), and attendance will be verified during these sessions to award continuing nursing education contact hours.

Please note that requests for accommodations must be submitted to Susan Walker by email (susan.walker@odh.ohio.gov) or fax (614-564-2503) with completed registration (through OhioTRAIN) 21 days before each scheduled conference.
