The TRANSFORM: Personalized, Competency-based Learning Leaders Cohort is a one-year, grant-funded professional learning opportunity that can help educators interested in learner-centered systems answer questions like:

• How can our district better meet the needs of each student?
• How might our district create opportunities for learner agency and ownership of learning?
• How can we build upon pockets of learner-centered innovation and work toward districtwide systems change?

Selected school districts will receive guidance, personalized coaching and technical support to pursue their vision for a districtwide personalized, competency-based learning system.
