Explore life skills with Talking Jobs video series

Talking Jobs is a video series for older students to prepare them to seek employment and navigate the world of work. Each video is fewer than 10 minutes and features a peer host exploring things students should know before looking for a job. Topics include life skills, job markets, workplace culture and the gig economy. Just in time for In-Demand Jobs Week, the series’ “How Do I Decipher the Job Market” video introduces the concept of in-demand jobs.

The video series was created by the Broadcast Educational Media Commission, the Department, Think TV and WCET as a part of the Multimedia Grant project.
