FY24 Initial Exiting Student (S) Follow-Up Collection, v4
FY24 Initial Staff and Course (L) Collection, v2
Please refer to the Release Notes for details regarding these recently posted collection requests.

FY24 Kindergarten Readiness Assessment (A) Collection and Appeal Extension
The FY24 Kindergarten Readiness Assessment (A) Collection will be extended due to a vendor system issue with the generation of the Scale Score Report file. The closing date for the collection and the dates for the data appeal will be determined after the vendor system issue has been resolved to ensure districts have sufficient time to report the data.

Updates to CTE Concentrator Appeals in FY25
Starting in FY25, data from prior years will not be eligible for appeal in the renamed CTE Program of Concentration Appeal that occurs in September before the Initial Exiting Student (S) Follow-Up Collection opens. Districts must resolve reporting issues that impact CTE Concentrator status in the year in which the reporting issues occur as they will no longer be able to do this via a CTE concentrator appeal.

FY25 EMIS Changes Open for Public Comment
Ohio Law requires EMIS to create a process by which users of the system can review and provide public comment on new or updated EMIS Guidelines. EMIS changes that are subject to this process must be posted on the website for 30 days for public comment, 30 days for the Department's response to comments, and then another 30 days for public review before changes are considered “final”.
