Complaint Procedures for Gifted Education

Situations may arise where parents or district employees believe a school district has violated state law or gifted operating standards regarding students who are gifted. When this occurs, the Ohio Department of Education's Office for Exceptional Children will review and investigate written allegations concerning violations of state law or gifted operating standards.
