New Rules for Public Comment

The Department regularly posts rules for public comment. Currently, the Department does not have any rules open for comment. Check the Department’s website as new rules may open for comment throughout the week.

Emergency medical waiver application deadline extended

As previously announced in EdConnection, the emergency medical waiver application is open. The Department is extending the deadline to submit waiver applications to June 2.
