Three new courses on Ohio’s Learning Management System support literacy

The Department added three new literacy-focused courses to Ohio’s Learning Management System. Participants can receive contact hours for taking “Leading Adolescent Literacy,” “Peer Coaching for Literacy” and “Instructional Coaching for Literacy.”

This fall, the Department partnered with the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD) to host a quarterly Whole Child Podcast and create the Whole Child Newsletter.

January is School Board Recognition Month. The Ohio School Boards Association has a toolkit to help districts recognize and celebrate their board members.
