School District Self Report on Identification and Services for Students Who Are Gifted

The Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) 3301-51-15(G)(4) requires that school districts complete a self report each year regarding identification and services for their gifted students.
 

2015-2016 Self Report on Identification and Services
for Students who Are Gifted

 Public school districts are required to complete the annual Self Report on Identification and Services for Students who are Gifted.

Superintendents and district gifted contacts were notified of the 2015-16 report with the survey link on Wednesday, May 25, 2016.

The report is due no later than July 15, 2016.

Please complete only one self-report per district.
