Assessment Conference 2022-2023  

The Office of Assessment will host a virtual conference which includes preconference sessions on Sept. 13, followed by two other half days on Sept. 14-15. Beginning at 8:30 a.m. each day, the conference covers a variety of topics and updates on Ohio’s assessment programs. Sessions for new district test coordinators for both public and chartered nonpublic schools are scheduled. This conference is designed primarily for district test coordinators and other district administrators, but all are welcome to attend. Please register at this link. 
 

Centralized Reporting System (CRS) Updates 

CRS has a new landing page when logging into the system – the Dashboard Generator. Before reaching the familiar dashboard, users now have an opportunity to set the reporting time period, set test filters and search for a student. This page, as well as the dashboard, also has a prominent set of tools on the right-hand side. These tools were previously available in different places on the various pages in the CRS and have been collected here for improved usability. These tools are accessible on any page in CRS by clicking the new Features and Tools button  in the upper right corner of the page. 

Lastly, the Student Results File Layout used to generate data files in CRS has been updated for the 2022-2023 school year. Authorized district and school personnel should consult this layout when downloading results data. Updates are minor and are indicated in red font. Please share with EMIS Coordinators or others who need to upload these data files.
