Notice: Retirement of the School Foundation and Payment System (SFPS)

Please be advised that the School Foundation and Payment System (SFPS) was permanently decommissioned on Friday, December 19, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST.

SFPS has now been replaced by DRIVES, which is accessible via the Pupil Transportation tile in OHID. 

DRIVES Launch Bugs

Following data migration from SFPS to DRIVES, the Department's Information Technology Office is working diligently to correct several identified bugs. Two signficant issues (contractors not having system access, and BMV records not fully importing) appear to have been corrected and we are working to correct remaining issues.  We appreciate your patience as we work as quickly as possible to resolve these issues.  Please maintain paper records documenting all critical information (for example, accident data and driver physicals and training records).

Notice Regarding T1 Report Amendments

(January 30, 2026) Access to approve edited T1 reports has been unavailable for treasurers and superintendents. Pursuant to OAC 3301-83-01, all T1 amendments must be submitted by February 1. 

However, as the current Drives system issue prevents submission by this statutory deadline, the Department will extend the timeframe as necessary.

Staff in the Pupil Transportation office are available for support. You may access the Drives training or support sessions via Teams. Session information is provided below.
