TIDE Downtime 7/24-8/1 for System Rollover

TIDE will be unavailable July 24 at 5 p.m. through Aug. 1 at 7 a.m. All Ohio assessment user account passwords will be reset Aug. 1. Users will not be able to access any Ohio assessment system until they have set up a new password for the new school year. 

The Department strongly recommends that DTCs review all users after system rollover to ensure personnel have proper access for the 2023-2024 school year. If a user should no longer have an account, test coordinators should follow the process in the TIDE User Guide when TIDE is available on Aug. 1 to remove system access for that user. 

After Aug. 1 at 7 a.m., users must follow the steps provided in the TIDE User Guide to reset their passwords for the 2023-2024 school year.
