Personalized educator professional development learning with INFOhio eBooks

With funding through Future Forward Ohio, INFOhio has purchased more than 250 eBooks and 400 streaming videos to support professional learning for Ohio’s educators. This permanent collection is available at no cost to Ohio’s educators and school districts. The collection offers eBooks and videos on educational topics including STEM and STEAM integration, educational leadership, literacy and math instruction, and data and assessment.

These professional learning eBooks and videos offer unlimited, simultaneous use allowing multiple educators to use the same title at the same time.

Examples of ways educations can use the materials to create, supplement, and extend professional learning materials include:

• Selecting an eBook title for a virtual book study. 
• Extending learning during a book study using selected chapters from an eBook. 
• Updating slide decks, training, and professional development materials with videos from INFOhio. 
• Using a 2-3-minute video at the beginning of a session or workshop to “hook” your educator audience.
