Ohio Junior Science Humanities Symposium recognizes students' STEM research

Recently, 67 high school students from across Ohio presented research projects at the 2024 Ohio Junior Science Humanities Symposium.

The Junior Science and Humanities Symposium engages and publicly recognizes students who are conducting research in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM). At the Ohio regional symposium, individual students compete for scholarships and recognition by presenting the results of their original research efforts before a panel of judges and an audience of their peers.

The following students received awards at the symposium:

The oral presentation award winners will represent Ohio in the national Junior Science Humanities Symposium May 1-4 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
