School-Based Healthcare Solutions Network: Student Support Services Grant

The School-Based Healthcare Solutions Network, Inc. is offering grant funding for schools, districts, community school management companies, community schools and private schools. The purpose of the grant is to promote a collaborative and integrated approach among education and health care sectors. This helps supports students’ academic and wellness needs. The funding coordinates services of on-campus mental health professionals with academic support activities led by school personnel.

Grantees must use all funds to expand access to quality behavioral health care for students with a history of attendance, behavior and poor academic performance during the last two academic years.
