Check one state law requirement off your list by taking a few minutes now to complete this survey. By completing the 2013-2014 Certification of Standards Governing Types of Foods and Beverages Sold on School Premises survey, you will fulfill your district’s or school's requirement to report this information to the Ohio Department of Education. As a reminder, this survey should be completed by Sept. 30.

Remember requirement to observe Constitution Day on Sept. 17

Each year, schools nationwide help students understand the U.S. Constitution and its significance by commemorating Constitution Day. This year, the event will be celebrated on Wednesday, Sept. 17. Districts and schools receiving federal funds are required to plan an educational program celebrating Constitution Day. The department encourages schools to involve all students in grades K-12 in the celebration.
