Use American Rescue Plan funds to support students with disabilities by Sept. 30

Districts, community schools and county boards of developmental disabilities received supplemental IDEA Part B funds in Fiscal Year 2022 under the American Rescue Plan IDEA Application in the Department’s Comprehensive Continuous Improvement Plan (CCIP). These funds must be obligated by Sept. 30. Districts that are exploring ways to spend these funds to support students with disabilities can visit the American Rescue Plan IDEA webpage for ideas on how these funds can support current initiatives in Future Forward Ohio.
