Check your mailbox: Update on recently adopted State Board resolution

On Dec. 13, 2022, the State Board of Education adopted the Resolution to Oppose the Proposed Changes to Title IX and to Affirm Parental Rights and Local Control of Ohio K-12 Education. The resolution directed the superintendent of public instruction to send a copy of the resolution with a cover letter to local school board members, superintendents and school leaders. The Department mailed these documents the last week of December 2022. The full resolution and letter also are available on the State Board Reports and Policies webpage.
