Administrators Mentoring Program: An opportunity for new administrators

Apply now for the 2022-2023 Administrators Mentoring Program. The Ohio Association of Elementary School Administrators (OAESA) and the Ohio Association of Secondary School Administrators (OASSA) sponsor the program with funding from the Department.

Organizers designed the program for new administrators who are in their first or second year in an administrative role. Selected participants will receive paid registration to OAESA/OASSA Beginning Administrators Academy (BAA) professional development events, an experienced mentor to help them navigate their first year as an administrator and a one-year professional membership in OAESA or OASSA.
