New Rules for Public Comment

The Department regularly posts rules for public comment. Recently, draft rules related to the state’s seal of biliteracy and delivery of services were opened for public comment.

Newly drafted rules related to the identification, instruction, assessment, and reclassification of English learners also opened for comment.
