Learn how the science of reading supports students who are gifted

Register now for “Supporting Students Who are Gifted: Using Effective Literacy Practices Aligned with the Science of Reading.” On May 24 at 4 p.m., join Department staff with expertise in literacy, English language arts and gifted education, as well as North Canton City Schools’ gifted coordinator for this 45-minute webinar.

Participants will gain information on the highly effective literacy approaches that support students who are gifted. The webinar explores the characteristics of gifted readers, offers insights on literacy instruction that lifts student learning and provides an overview of the needs of students who are twice exceptional.
