Updated guidance for determining special education eligibility for students with developmental delays

Effective April 6, the Ohio General Assembly updated Ohio law, which resulted in an expanded definition of “child with a disability” as it pertains to the Developmental Delay disability category. The definition is in Ohio Revised Code Section 3323.01.
