Grant Opportunities
Federally Identified school buildings are eligible for grants that can serve as resources to support building- and district-level continuous improvement strategies. Please see below for information about specific grants.
- School Improvement Grants - Grants awarded to local education agencies (LEAs) with at least one identified school (CSI, TSI and ATSI Schools) to implement sustainable, strategic improvement strategies.
- Expanding Opportunities for Each Child Grant - A grant that supports targeted school improvement initiatives that are aligned directly with the LEA One Plan in four focus areas, Advanced Academics (AA), Career Pathways (IRC), Personalized Learning (PL), and Credit Recovery/Acceleration/Graduation Pathways (GP), that reinforce Ohio’s graduation requirements.
- School Turnaround Pilot-A state mandated five-year program to allow districts and community schools to select approved service providers to assess needs, create and implement an improvement plan focused on ELA and math, and collaborate on system-wide enhancements aligned with identified needs.
