Fiscal Year 2022 appeal for assessment, staff and course, and calendar data opening soon

8/1/2022

Starting Aug. 8, districts may appeal the following Fiscal Year 2022 data:

  • Ohio English Language Proficiency Assessment (OELPA);
  • Alternate Assessment;
  • Final Staff and Course;
  • Final Calendar; and
  • Career-Technical Education (CTE) Assessment.

These data may affect measures on the 2022 Ohio School Report Cards, as well as state funding received by the district. The superintendent, EMIS coordinator and superintendent designee can access and fill out the data appeal forms. However, the forms are not officially submitted to the Department until the superintendent approves the form to complete the process.

For more information about the data appeal window, timeline and completion process for superintendents, visit the EMIS Data Appeals webpage. For questions about data appeals, contact the Department's Office of Data Quality.
