As this year ends and a new one begins, take time to learn with OCALI.

On Dec. 15, 4-4:30 p.m., join “InspirED: Supporting the Wellness of Students & Staff.” Since the pandemic, school districts and educators have had to ramp up their mental health and behavioral services to support student wellness. Learn how to strengthen partnerships with families and agencies. 

Join another InspirED session Jan. 19, 2023, 4-4:30 p.m. During “Engaging Families in the Alternate Assessment,” attendees will learn about how families should be included in discussions related to alternate assessment decision-making for students with the most significant cognitive disabilities.

Finally, Jan. 30, 2:30-3 p.m. register for, “The Journey: Autism & Trauma.” In this session, Tom Galperin will discuss how some people on the autism spectrum experience trauma and provide some concrete examples on how professionals can help.
