Submit venereal disease and sexual education instructional audit information beginning March 15

Ohio law requires the Department to conduct an annual audit of each city, local and exempted village school district regarding its compliance with the requirements for venereal disease and sexual education instruction.

The audit is required by Ohio Revised Codes 3313.60 and 3313.6011. 

The 2022-2023 audit will be opened from March 15-June 30. The Department will collect information for the 2022-2023 school year. Starting March 15, districts may visit the Venereal Disease and Sexual Education Instruction Audit webpage for more information.
