Final Completion Status Posted for FY22 Finance Data Review
The final completion status spreadsheet for the FY22 Finance Data Review and Verification has been posted on the
EMIS Data Review & Verification webpage.
FY22 Graduation Data Review Open
From Tuesday, Oct. 18 through Tuesday, Nov. 1, superintendents must complete a required review of their 2022 graduation data reported in EMIS. Superintendents must signify whether these data are accurate as they complete and submit the 2022 Graduation Data Review form. The superintendent, EMIS coordinator, and superintendent designee can access and fill out the data review forms. However, the forms are not officially submitted to the Department until the superintendent approves the form to complete the process.
EMIS Data Review and Verification forms are part of EMIS reporting described in
Ohio Revised Code 3301.0714. The law requires treasurers to review and certify the quality of data, as noted in
Ohio Administrative Code 3301-14-01 (G). Failing to complete the process may trigger progressive sanctions outlined in
Ohio Administrative Code 3301-17.
