As a reminder, based on the directive from United States Department of Education, the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce previously requested that all entities receiving federal funds submit their signed certification responses by April 18.

Over 350 Ohio schools honored with Purple Star School awards

Governor Mike DeWine and the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce announced that 367 Ohio schools received the Purple Star Award for the Class of 2025, demonstrating a commitment to military-connected students and families. Additionally, educators and supporters of military-connected students can receive free registration for the June 18 Ohio Purple Star Summit.
