FY25 New Fall Federal Programs Monthly Topics 

The Department is pleased to announce new monthly training sessions for federal programs starting in September 2024. All sessions will include a presentation or demonstration related to the session topic followed by an opportunity for questions and answers. These sessions will occur on Microsoft Teams. Monthly topics will be announced in August. 

FY25 New Coordinators Academy

The Department is pleased to announce an all day in person workshop for new Federal Programs Coordinators in public districts and community schools this year. The workshop covers topics relevant to new coordinators with two or less years of experience. There will be two dates available to attend: August 20th and August 21st, 2024.

Stronger Connections Open Office Hours

The Department will hold Stronger Connections Grant office hours to share updates, showcase best practices, and answer questions from the field. The Stronger Connections Grant office hours will be held over Microsoft Teams from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on the third Tuesday of each month from September 17th, 2024 - February 18th, 2025.

Emergency Assistance to Nonpublic Schools (EANS) Open Office Hours 

The Office of Federal Programs is hosting a monthly recurring EANS Office Hours every third Tuesday February 15, 2022 through September 30, 2024 from 1:00PM - 2:00PM. During the Office Hours, the Office of Federal Programs EANS team will be present to answer questions that nonpublic schools or Education Service Centers have regarding the EANS program.

Regional Meetings: ED STEPS Training and Nonpublic Updates Training 

The regional trainings occur each year in the late spring. The schedule and locations will be announced via CCIP Note in the months preceding the trainings.
