Inquiry-Based Social Studies

College, Career and Civic Life Framework (C3) – The National Council for the Social Studies partnered with fifteen professional organizations to develop the C3 Framework for Social Studies State Standards. A key component of the C3 Framework is the inquiry arc where students develop informed conclusions from compelling questions through the evaluation of available sources to use as evidence.
