The Department is announcing an exciting funding opportunity for educational service centers (ESCs) to recruit and retain school psychologists in high-need local education agencies in Appalachia, Ohio. The opportunity is funded through the U.S. Department of Education's .
The deadline for ESCs has been extended to April 3. The Department will host a Q&A session via Microsoft Teams on March 27 from 9-9:30 a.m.

School wellness includes a variety of topic areas that promote healthy schools and address barriers that prevent students from engaging in learning. Schools and districts may explore the topics below for more information and resources on school-based health, mental health, Student Wellness and Success Funds, trauma- informed schools, prevention education, and the Whole Child Framework.
