Applications now being accepted for private school scholarships

The Ohio Department of Education is now accepting applications for private school scholarships for the 2017-2018 school year for students assigned to underperforming public schools, students from lower-income families or students with special needs. The EdChoice, Jon Peterson and Cleveland Scholarships help students attend participating private schools or providers.

New Hewlett Packard LCD monitors available from state surplus

The State Surplus Office recently received 113 new, 17-inch Hewlett Packard LCD monitors, model number GF904AA HP L1750. The cost is $30 per monitor, and the devices are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Schools must pick up the monitors at the Columbus warehouse.
